It suggests to use these 3 oils when doing Yogo: Elevate (to lift), Balance (to ground) and Serenity (to calm).
I also want to add that when you are exercising,Deep Blue is a GREAT oil to have on hand. For any soreness or pulled muscles, rub a little deep blue and massage. Or, an even better idea is to rub a little deep blue in and have your spouse massage!:)
