DoTERRA has just come out with this new diffuser. If you watched the clip about the hospitals using the oils (if you didn't get that opportunity, click here to see that post!), this was the one they were using. Diffusing the oils is a GREAT way to utilize your stock of oils to benefit everyone in the room. I know that one of my favorite oils to diffuse is Elevation, a DoTERRA blend. It is use as an anti-depressant. It helps to uplift the mood and help people be happy. Oh and it smells really good! All of DoTERRA's oils are antibacterial, so it will also kill those airborne pathogens in the process of making your room smell good and keeping everyone happy. I know with 4 kids in my house under the age of 5, it feels like a mad circus sometimes. So I like to diffuse Elevation to help keep us all happy and getting along. Sometimes I will do OnGuard if there are colds going around. I also like to do Lavender or Serenity if someone might need a little help sleeping or calming down. The best thing about it is when the kids are around, since these oils are not toxic at all, they like to go right up to the diffuser and smell them while watching the mist come out. With them doing that, they get more benefits from the oils that are being diffused! Retail price of the diffuser below is $173.27. If you want to get it for only $129.95, send me an email and I'll tell you how!! :)

I know that I got mine in the mail and am excited to give them a try! :) Here is a little tidbit about each oil (This info came from one of my emails from doTERRA's leaders):
Black Pepper
Black Pepper
Black Pepper Essential Oil is extracted from the plant Piper nigrum of the Piperaceae family. The oil is made from the unripe fruit of the plant, while white pepper for household use, is made from the same fruit, but the berry is picked when fully ripe and the outside layer (pericarp) is removed before drying. The unripe, sun-dried peppercorns (fruit) are used for the extraction of the oil, using steam distillation which produces a yield of nearly 2%.
This warm and spicy essential oil helps to increase warmth of the body and mind, relieving sore muscles and joints, boost the immune and digestive system, stimulate the kidneys and disperse bruising by increasing circulation to the skin.
Cilantro Essential Oil The essential oil of cilantro is extracted from the leaves of the plant by a steam distillation. The oil itself is an antioxidant that helps control free radicals. It has long been known that cilantro also helps in cases of indigestion. Like other essential oils such as eugenol (the essential oil of clove) it has bactericidal and fungicidal properties. It may also have a chelating effect on heavy metals. (That is it will leach heavy metals out of the system.)
Rosemary oil has a pronounced action on the brain and the central nervous system and is wonderful for clearing the mind and mental awareness, while having excellent brain stimulant properties, as well as improving memory. It helps with headaches, migraines, neuralgia, mental fatigue and nervous exhaustion and the antiseptic action of rosemary oil is especially suitable for intestinal infections and diarrhea, easing colitis, flatulence, hepatic disorders and jaundice and relieving pain associated with rheumatism, arthritis, muscular pain and gout. It also helps for arteriosclerosis, palpitations, poor circulation and varicose veins. On the respiratory system, it is effective for asthma, bronchitis, sinus and whooping cough. On the skin, it helps to ease congestion, puffiness and swelling and can also be used for acne, dermatitis and eczema, but a very popular use of this oil is the use in hair care products, as it has a pronounced positive effect on the health of the hair and scalp. It increases the circulation to the scalp and is therefore also effective for promoting hair growth.
Lime Essential Oil Lime oil is useful to cool fevers associated with colds, sore throats and flu and aids the immune system while easing coughs, bronchitis and sinusitis, as well as helping asthma.Lime oil can stimulate and refresh a tired mind and helps with depression. It can be helpful for arthritis, rheumatism and poor circulation, as well as for obesity and cellulite and has an astringent and toning action to clear oily skin and acne, and also helps with herpes, insect bites and cuts. Lime oil is beneficial to the immune system, easing infection in the respiratory tract and relieving pain in muscles and joints. For a list of recipes to use these oils in, Click Here! :)
School Is Over!!
School is over! For at least 7 weeks! So during this time, I plan on focusing more of my attention on the oils. Learning more about them and sharing that new knowledge with all of you!
If you are out in the sun and feeling a little sun burnt, use a few drops of lavender and rub it directly on your skin. :) Just a tip for summertime!
Stay tuned for lots of fun info to come! :)

Just Breathe!
I've had a lot of people come talk to me lately about having allergies!! The ever-so-hated allergy season is upon us and it seems that everywhere I turn, eyes are watering, noses are sniffing and people are wiping away. There is one oil that has pretty good success when it comes to allergies and that is BREATHE! It is a Respiratory Blend with Laurel Leaf, Peppermint, Eucalyptus radiata, Ravensara, Melaleuca and Lemon in it to help make this blend FABULOUS! If you are interested in using this for the remaining of the allergy season, please don't hesitate to get a hold of me and we'll get you a bottle asap! :) I hope you hear from you all soon!

What Do You Do in the Summertime?
Finally, summertime is upon us and life is getting crazier! At least it is at my house! Between being outside, eating tons of good food and staying up late, there are plenty of opportunities to put those oils to good use! Here are my suggestions on what oils to keep close by:
DigestZen - with all of the food we consume during these months, sometimes it can be hard on our tummies. I suggest keeping this one and when an upset stomach happens, rub a drop or two on your stomach for some relief!
Lavender - After having a long, fun day in the sun, rub this oil on your skin for sunburn relief!

Slim and Sassy - If you want some extra help getting into the swimming suit, use this oil on your problem areas and/or add it to your water.
Melaleuca - If you have a bug bite or another skin issue, use this oil to help it heal faster.
Peppermint - After a hot day, use this oil to help cool you down and give you a pick-me-up by rubbing behind your ears. In fact, here is a little recipe for you for a mist you can put in a spray bottle. Enjoy! :) Just use 1/2 tsp Epsom Salts, and 5-10 drops of any cooling essential oil such as peppermint. (You can also use Eucalyptus, any citrus oils, Melaleuca, lavender or Roman Chamomile.)
OnGuard - I would keep this one by because nobody wants to get sick during the summer! It is no fun to be stuck inside when so much is going on outside! So rub a drop on your feet every morning and/or diffuse it into the air to keep your immune systems in tip-top shape! Do you have any other suggestions or tips for our fellow followers?
